Website visits and hosting

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare. Loading a page sends technical information such as your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time to the services that deliver and protect it. That information is used to serve content, diagnose problems and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its data practices.

The store-information pages do not include our own advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter sign-up or contact forms. The online menu and embedded product sections are separate Dutchie services and may use their own cookies, storage and analytics.

Age confirmation and browser preferences

Our entrance screen asks whether you are at least 21. When you select Yes, it saves an expiry time in this browser for 30 days. This screen does not collect your date of birth or an identity document. Store entry and purchases still require the applicable age and identification checks.

We also save your choice to keep category artwork still, if you make that choice on our Accessibility page. Your device’s reduced-motion preference applies automatically. A randomly generated identifier is saved in browser storage and shared with Dutchie’s product embeds to support a consistent browsing session.

You can remove these stored values using your browser’s controls for this website. Clearing storage removes the saved age confirmation and preferences and may reset shopping sessions. Blocking storage may limit some menu features. The motion preference and embed identifier remain until browser storage is cleared or removed by your browser; the age confirmation stops being accepted after 30 days.

Product browsing and online orders

Dutchie provides our product carousels, menu and ordering experience, including when the address remains on our domain. To reduce waiting, the first product section can begin connecting to Dutchie while the age screen is visible; products are not available to interact with until you confirm your age. Other product sections load as you approach them.

When you browse or use the menu, Dutchie receives technical and browsing information. Depending on the features you use, the ordering service may ask for your name, contact details, delivery address, age or identification information, order details and payment information. Information needed to fulfill and support an order is available to our store and the service providers involved in that order.

We use information you provide through these services to respond to you, process and fulfill orders, address order problems, verify eligibility, protect against misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable business and legal requirements; clearing browser storage does not delete order records.

Review Dutchie’s privacy policy for its collection, service providers, retention and privacy choices. If you use a separate sign-in or payment provider, its notice also applies to that feature.

Call (607) 677-0073 or write to the store address above to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or get help with a privacy concern. Tell us which interaction or order your request concerns, but do not send payment details or an identity document with an initial request. We may need to verify your request and retain records required by law. Adults only and notice updates

This adult-use website is intended for people 21 and older. If you believe someone under 21 has supplied information through it, contact the store. We will update this page when our website practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
